This is an hour long class open to all interested in receptive mindfulness as a path to wisdom. Feel free to come on a one off or regular basis.
The class will run every Monday morning from7.30 – 8.30 am GMT. Use the link below to take you to the session (or join with meeting id 883 3020 4905 – Passcode: 189114 or you can find the phone dial-in information below)
The class will be led by me or other experienced teachers within Triratna who have often worked with me on retreats and are very familiar with practicing having learned a receptive approach to mindfulness as a wisdom practice.
The format for each class may vary slightly but will usually include a short introduction, a led meditation, and time for some of you to feedback about your practice. The main element each week will be the led meditation.
We’ve recorded some of the Dharma Nuggets from the beginning of the Drop In class. They are between 5-10 minutes long. You can access them along with some recorded meditations from the class HERE
The class is open to anyone with an interest in an approach to mindfulness that is receptive and wisdom based. You don’t have to be signed up to the mailing list to come.
The class will run on a dana/donation basis. A link to PayPal will be posted during the session. Alternately you can donate HERE to make a one off or regular (monthly) donation.
